Why the price comes as a quote.
The monthly rental is fixed and published, and the three standard pods cost the same in every US metro we serve. What a quote adds is the part a price list cannot carry: delivery, installation and collection are priced per job, because what they take depends on where the pod is going and how it gets in.
A ground-floor unit beside a loading bay is not the same job as a fourth floor reached by one passenger lift, and a building with a goods lift is not the same as one with stairs only. That figure is what most people are really asking for, which is why the form asks where the pod is going before it asks anything else. Maintenance is included in the monthly fee either way.

What people ask before they send it.
Why is delivery not in the monthly price?
Because it is not the same price twice. Delivery, installation and collection are quoted per job against your location and the access to your floor, so what you get back is a real figure for your building rather than an average that would be wrong for most of them.
Does the rental term change what it costs to get the pod in?
Yes. On the medium term the pickup fee is subsidized, and on 24+ months delivery is subsidized as well. Terms apply and there are exceptions, so ask about your location and we will tell you which way yours falls.
