Strata SL Acoustic Pod
The Strata SL is built for the space most offices waste. At 2,300 × 966 mm it is slim enough to stand along a corridor, which turns a circulation route into an acoustic chat room where people can have a face-to-face conversation without booking anything. An induction light on the outside reads green when it is free and red when it is in use, so nobody walks in on a conversation, and the presence sensor means the light and ventilation only run while somebody is inside. Renting costs nothing up front. Maintenance is included in the monthly fee; delivery, installation and collection are quoted separately against your location and access — on the medium term the pickup fee is subsidized, and on 24+ months delivery is subsidized too, though terms apply. The term flexes with the lease rather than committing you to an asset you have to find a buyer for later.
