Maintenance is included in the price below, because the pods stay ours. Installation is quoted separately, since what it takes depends on access to your floor. The minimum term is 3 months on the flex tier, with 30 days' notice, and pricing is identical in every metro we serve.

Keep renting
The fee never changes and servicing stays included. Return it on notice whenever the need goes away.
Rent-to-buy
60% of every payment credits against the purchase price. Buy from month 12 for whatever is left.
Buy outright
The cheapest route to ownership, and the one that ties up capital on day one. The calculator shows where the lines cross.
